How we'll use your responses

Transparency, consent, and your rights — please read before continuing.

Purpose. Your responses help us measure the longitudinal impact of HBCU AI CON 2026 on participants, institutions, and the broader HBCU AI ecosystem, and to improve future convenings and trainings.

What we collect. Your reflections, ratings, and selected outcomes. Name and email are optional — leave them blank to respond anonymously. We do not collect IP addresses, device identifiers, or location.

How we use it. Aggregated and de-identified findings may be shared in reports, presentations, funder updates, and publications about HBCU participation in AI. We will never publish your name, email, or any identifying quote without your explicit written permission.

Who sees it. Raw responses are accessible only to the AICON program lead and named research partners through a secured admin dashboard. Responses are stored on encrypted infrastructure with strict access controls.

Your rights. Participation is voluntary. You may skip any question, stop at any time, or request deletion of your response by emailing project@memestylesconsulting.com.

Retention. Identifiable data is retained for up to 24 months after AICON 2027, then de-identified or deleted. Aggregated findings may be retained indefinitely.
